I purchased clear address labels from Staples. I used the same layout that I use to print my business cards but adjusted it to fit the labels and printed away. My customers cannot possibly forget who I am because I use a mini version of my business card as my hang tag, include a business card with every purchase, and now have my contact information on the bag.
