New Jewelry Market Research Resource: JCOC.tv

The Jewelry Consumer Opinion Council has just launched JCOC.tv, an online TV and social media website.

This new site may be an excellent resource for researching jewelry trends, and the desires of potential jewelry customers.

According to the JCOC:

“JCOC.TV is an internet television channel and interactive social networking community for jewelry enthusiasts, connoisseurs and those who want to learn or share knowledge about gems, jewelry and watches.

At JCOC.TV consumer members have access to educational, entertaining, insider video about gems, jewelry and watches, posted by worldwide, industry experts

They also have the ability to post their own videos in a casual atmosphere where they can interact with and learn from industry experts or share information with other jewelry enthusiasts.”

According to JCOC, members of the trade (that includes jewelry artists like us!) also have opportunity to learn more about consumers’ opinions regarding specific product lines, where jewelry customers shop, and how much they’re willing to pay for a product through a sophisticated opt-in market intelligence application.

This may be a good tool to add to your jewelry market research toolbox!
