Absolutely!! I don’t think that customer service alone will make a business successful. But I’m fairly certain that the absence of customer service will make a business fail.
The one thing that comes across to my customers is that I treat each one of them just like they were my best customer. Being responsive to their questions and concerns has earned me a long list of returning clients and I could not agree with you more on the importance of customer service in this day and age when competition in products is so intense.
