		<description>Not sure I agree with this one.  I have been designing and selling jewelry for 10 years and people with knowledge and experience have a lot of value to give to others.  Helping others to achieve is a rewarding experience and why not help someone move further along the path in a shorter period of time.  As far as sharing goes there will only be one you and no one can take that away from you.  Even if someone know all your sources the likelihood they will be able to keep up with your creativity is slim.  So share the love.
